One-Minute Solitude Meditation
Find a relaxing position. Soften your eyes. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale. Set a timer for one minute as you “still” in solitude reflecting on the Goodness of the Father.

In Greek, the word hush means be still. When the Lord of the Universe says "hush," the world falls silent. There is immense power in the Father's command. When He speaks, the world and all within it obey. We possess that very power within us, as we are made in His likeness. If we are created in His image, and His essence flows through us, then when we speak to the storms in our lives, they must submit. Absolutely.
